Refund policy

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returned/exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed. All print, underwear, and temporary tattoo sales are final - we do not issue refunds or allow exchanges to be made. 

A return shipping fee applies if you return all items from your order. Returns are free if you keep at least one item from your order. There is no return fee if you're exchanging an item.

Please email support@sorrydad.co to coordinate any returns or exchanges.

Store credit is the only option available for international returns.

Made to Order 

Made to order items can be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed, before the item is sent to fulfillment. If after 24 hours the MTO item is requested to be canceled, the maximum refund is 50% of the original order price.
