Return Policy

Products that are not eligible for return or exchanges are marked on their respective product pages. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

A return shipping fee applies if you return all items from your order. Returns are free if you keep at least one item from your order. There is no return fee if you're exchanging an item.

In most cases, a return label will be included in your shipment. A refund will be issued when package is received by Sorry Dad Co. If a return label is not included, please email support@sorrydad.co to coordinate.

Store credit is the only option available for international returns.

Returned/exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed.

All print and temporary tattoo sales are final. We do not issue refunds or allow exchanges to be made.

If you have an issues with an order (lost or damaged) please email support@sorrydad.co and we’ll get you sorted!


Made to Order 

Orders with apparel, accessories, prints and home goods that are made to order can be cancelled up to 12 hours after your order is placed.

Neon Signs can be canceled up to 48 hours after being placed, before the item is sent to fulfillment. If after 48 hours the MTO item is requested to be canceled, the maximum refund is 50% of the original order price.

 

Shipping

Most products will ship out within 3-5 business days. Some products might ship later and arrive in a different package due to 'on demand' production practices.

Neon signs are made to order, and have a 3-4 week lead time.

Tracking information will be relayed as soon as the order ships.

Shipping fees are calculated based on location and the carrier rate.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Refund Policy

If you make a payment that exceeds your outstanding balance and retainer, Friend of a Friend will credit the difference within 15 days of receiving written notice of the overpayment. You can send your written notice regarding possible overpayment to:
